Unlike many companies, all Pinewood Associates Ltd manufactured Office Screens and Display Stands are made in the UK. The benefit for you is that there is no waiting for your goods to make their way from overseas.
We offer various delivery options and are confident we can cater for just about any eventuality including urgent requirements. Below is a quick run-down of options we provide:
All our deliveries are made by a Nationwide Courier service.
Goods are manufactured and despatched to order within a 5 – 7 working day lead time.
All deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

New Delivery Charge Announcement
Starting on the 21st October 2013 the costs for UK Mainland Deliveries will be reduced as follows:
1 Item Was £17.50 Now £10.00
2 Items Was £21.00 Now £15.00
3 Items Was £20.00 Now £20.00
With £5 per per item thereafter.
For costs on Northern Ireland & Eire, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight and International/Overseas deliveries please call 0161 707 6000 to discuss in detail.
All completed orders are dispatched using an overnight service to be delivered the following working day. This excludes parts of Scotland & Outer Islands where delivery may take slightly longer.
To help delivery run smoothly, when placing an order for more than 4 screens, please state on your order if the driver can park outside your client’s premises.
If the delivery is above the ground floor, we need to know whether there is a suitable lift. If there is no lift on the premises, we'll need a name of a contact who can meet and assist the driver.

Office Screens are delivered by a courier and therefore they will not assist in assembling them.
Most of our products are simple to erect but should you need advice as to how to go about this, contact Customer Services on 0161 707 6000
In the unlikely event of goods being received damaged in any way, we would recommend that your client signs for the goods as “Received Damaged” or “Unchecked” when asked to by the courier.
Please report any damages to our Customer Service Team immediately on 0161 707 6000 so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible
If you would prefer to collect your order, please let either the Sales or Customer Services Team know and they will advise you which day and at what time your goods will be ready for collection.
On arrival at Pinewood Associates Ltd, you will be greeted by a member of our Team who will be happy to answer any questions you have and will assist you in putting your goods into your vehicle.
